    We are based in Melbourne (Australia), however currently run solely online at blacktype.co
  • What are the products made from?
    Cufflinks are brass stamped with nickel (silver) plating. Lapel pins and other products are raised enamel filled.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    At Black Type Co. we pride ourselves on superior customer service. Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm all relevant details, including finalised design before commencing production. With quality and a truly personalised experience and end product the absolute priority, we recommend allowing 3-4 weeks to complete the process. The possibilities for custom cufflinks, lapels, tie pins and golf ball markers are endless and our design team is always happy to work on the finer details to produce something special and meaningful.   • I have not received my order, what should I do?
    Given the personalised nature of our products, time is required to finalise designs, move through production and relevant QA before being shipped to your door. As a result, we ask to allow approximately 3-4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed. If you are unsure about the status of your order at anytime, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at info@blacktype.co and a member of our friendly staff will kindly assist with a revised ETA for final delivery.
  • Do products come in gift boxes?
    All our accessories come enclosed and beautifully presented in a Black Type Co. gift box.
